We understand that some customers might have regretted on a purchase and that’s totally fine with us if you contacted us within 12 hours from order time. We would refund you 100% of the purchase. If you contacted us after 12 hours have passed, we assumed that you are happy with the purchase and we would proceed to prepare the packaging and start the shipping process. From that point, we cannot refund your purchase as materials and labour have been expended. Sorry, to be fair to every customer, we don’t support buyer’s remorse.

We have a 30-days, 100% money back guarantee return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The following conditions must be satisfied:

1) Contacted us regarding the order and we have agreed to proceed with refund/return process.

2) Item(s) must have all tags attached and be in original packaging.

3) Item(s) must be returned to our return center.

4) Items must be returned within 30 days of you receiving your order.

5) Items are defective or damaged during shipping.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Note that we do not issue the refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

You can submit refund requests within 30 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

What if my product is defective?

We are sorry to hear you have received a defective product. Simply contact us within 30 days of item received date, with images of the defective product and we will be in touch to resolve the issue.

How long does it take to process my return?

We aim to process your return as soon as possible, but on occasions it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please contact us with the proof of postage information from your return carrier receipt and we will investigate this further.

How can I track the status of my return?

As soon as your return has been received by our warehouse team you will receive an email notification. You will then also receive an email from us to say your refund has been processed. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.
