What happens next after I place an order?

For every order, we will send two e-mails. One e-mail will show the order details and confirm that the order was placed, and the second e-mail will be sent out when your order is being shipped and contains the tracking number. Rest assured that all shipping are 100% trackable.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Double, or triple check your tracking number sent out in the order email and try to get in touch with the local post office.
  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise—If you’re expecting a home delivery and you know you won’t be home to accept it, use an address where you know you’ll be!

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us with your order number.


Lost/missing packages

We are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the order that was made for you at no charge.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us. 

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
